Sometimes when our winemakers are out in the vineyards they encounter the local wildlife. We encourage natural wildlife corridors on our properties to support local ecosystems. With that in mind,  it’s not unusual for us to see owls, deer, or even rattlesnakes in our vineyards.

But this bear track? Notice how it looks like maybe a winemaker just pressed a palm to the ground? Yup, that’s not it at all. That’s definitely a bear paw print. You can bet that will have our winemakers stepping extra carefully for a few days.
